About me

My name is Chip Taylor. I am an assistant professor of political science at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. (Please see my disclaimer.) My teaching and research interests are in the fields of public administration, state and local government, and public policy.

Prior to entering academia, I worked for fifteen years as an engineer and manager in municipal government. That's where I developed my interests in politics and public policy.
